I don't see much new, although I hadn't paid attention to their director compensation. For a company of this size it is WAY out of line. Their executive compensation appears to be coming down to reality.
I'm going to put this into my long term hold section. Rotech will continue to improve.

Lot to digest, indeed.....main thing I saw was with the filing, no dilution..and judging by the strong buying today, $4 looks good very, very soon
