it been right about 1 year and just look at the share price, it has improved from 1/2 a penny. I would have to believe the company would have thought we would be in a better spot. Most likely market markers keeping it in the hole. If this company starts making money I would have to think a Harvard grad would be smart enough to have a director meeting and authorize up to 100 million shares to be bought back. 1 million dollars goes a long way down here. I know people may say they don't have any money but I would have to think if we pull off these contracts and grant we would have money to improve the companies situation. Just the thought might make the shorters think twice. The float would be taken down and PPS would have to go up. Every cent to me is a 100 % increase I like those odds. I look it as this can only go down 1 penny but the future price of this stock is currently unknown.
