Muskett50

I will let someone better qualified on your question than me answer it. I think you are correct but I will not say yes or no for sure, but that is what I think they are shooting for.

You got it. That's just what does and will happen. First though, the taxi company has to buy the word taxi in your area code then you are in business to call G0800Taxi. In my city, Indianapolis, there are many many different taxi companies. For example, there will be/could be/already has working Go800yellowcab, Go800redcarpet, Go800presidential, etc. The first taxi company to buy the keyword could get lucky and hit the goldmine keyword of G0800taxi. All other taxi companies for that area code after G0800Taxi is already singed for, would have to find a more specialized keyword for their service. To answer you question, then yes, you Go800 whatever Taxi service you are looking for, and then G0800 will connect your call without you having to look up their number. Go800 will send you to a switchboard operator for that company or who knows, maybe directly to the cab drivers? It's up to the company how it all works as how they recieve the phone calls. But as it is now, you text G0800Taxi, and "taxi" will call you back.

Here is the sequence of events:

You (customer) text Go800 Cab
You (customer) receives a call from GOIG telling you that you are being connected. Takes on avg 5 to 30 Sec.
You will here the phone ring tones and then the Cab company (business) picks up/answers the phone and conducts business.

Very cool, have showed my marketing, sales and finance departments, all love it.

I hope this helps
