Essentially this S-1 clearly tells us that Auctus has received shares of late and the price decline is evidence of selling. However, with the 75% floor in the agreement, it is also quite possible that Auctus is holding many shares still as well. With an authorized share total of 1B and an O/S of 516,453,806 we can see that the window of issuance isn't that large. I foresee that the price will soon reflect the stoppage of selling and an increase toward the positive will begin. Shares are very hard to come by for a stock with this S/S. Fills are partial and orders are left unfilled.
