Not so ... Richards owns the assets that AERP used to own. Mostly just the intellectual property was left i.e. patents and trademarks.

Richards does NOT own AERP.

Very very very big difference.

With Richards now owning the assets, AERP only has the Liabilities and shareholders.

NO Richards does NOT own AERP.

What he does own is AERP's former assets which he got through exercising his UCC, which by the way was the collateral for the loan he previously gave to AERP.
