From that article they really want to know which restaurant is using the system. From what others have said I think Jim keeps it a secret just a little while longer.

This technology is going to be huge. Yes it has some cons, but most things do. The bottom line is will it increase efficiency and revenues? Having working in the restaurant industry in the early 2000's I can tell you this will save servers steps and time which is very valuable. It is all about efficiency and consistency in the restaurant business and this has great potential. I do think the iPod Touch is a better device for this application given the size and cost but that is just my opinion.
