Yeah, mostly sells from VNDM. They're sitting at .054 now. Maybe they will stay there for the rest of the day.

Yeah, but look how he has done it. He's not just selling to be selling and driving down the price. He's selling when he sees a significant amount of shares being requested above 0.05. Till then he hangs back and lets the bid side build up. When there are enough orders on the bid side to be able to sell a large chunk without crashing the price he moves in and sells then pulls away.

If he just wanted to straight dump or drive the price down, we'd be in the low 4's by now... as there is almost no bid support. He's specifically not trying to take the price below 0.05, but is trying to sell as many as he can above 0.05


Hell, I'm going to have to do that when I go to sell some day. It's like it was with CEMJQ. There were guys that bought 1, 2, 3 million shares back at 0.03 in CEMJQ, and when it hit $1-$1.50 they couldn't just go and sell 3 million shares at once at $1.25... it would crater the price. There wasn't enough people buying to support a $3.75 million sell off. They had to let it go in 50k and 100k lots for weeks.

If TDGI gets to $1+... no way I could just sell 1,940,000 shares at once. I'd have to do what VNDM is doing... sell 100k here, 100k there as there were buyers.
