Even if there is a LOP and those articles were correct there are hundreds of ways for a decrease - nothing I've seen or that you have posted shows any proposed change to Iraqi Law to Freeze out of Country Dinars. Actually the contrary is true based on current law. Straight made up on your part. Tim
