You are right. The press release talks about more aquisitions to come. Why would kodiak put up the money and the company seek to the money if this was not the case. I would think they have targets for merger/aquisitions already in mind.....they just needed the financing.

This stock will move up from here. The mm's playing the old lunch time shake right now. I am comfortable with owning shares of this company.

Stocks get the E when the 10-K fails to be released on time after they filed the NT 10-K. I have several stocks that picked up the E last week.
