SO they would in turn investigate the company for fraud? They still wouldn't have any money to pay us though right?

I like your focus, and I am with you. We, as shareholders, own part of the company! And, to keep news from use is unacceptable and really against the law. We, as owns, have a right, and a fiduciary duty to be "kept in the know" on current company business. I certainly can't say the company is acting in our best interests. But, lest give Mr. Hamilton to make good on his word, and his obligations. Then you can count me and other involved in whatever you lawyer feels is the best way to handle this. Greg
