I totally agree with what your saying... but as an investor, if we are giving up a portion of our investment I would have to believe that the merging company is also bringing something of future value to the table right? Maybe it is cash? Maybe it is alternative green investments of their own?
I think that is what remains to be seen... but as an investor who has been here only a bit north of 6 months, this is by far the greatest news I could have imagined to come out!!
