I surely share your concerns and frustration. I have a boatload of this stock, so am like many here, vested in a orderly outcome. I just do not know what can be done externally to move this along.

Kevin Donovan and his advisors surely must know of the concerns of those on IHUB and the larger stockholders. They seem to have their own timetable and agenda in rolling out the solutions that to use seem pretty damn obvious.

THE LC Letter in the most recent 8-KA tells me the management conflict is not over, just now between LC not as board member, but as Sterling Employee providing services to EGMI and in his statement as staying around to cooperate with confirmations as well. He obviously still have some leverage --as one would expect from someone that inessence built the company and knows all the contacts in China, the EU, etc.

This will work out but patience will be needed in abundance---the annual meeting when it ocurs will surely be well attended. JMHO

I might add that in the letters they call for Christensen and Donovan to resign from EGMI, so that adds to my belief that LC is far from out of the picture as I earlier thought from his resignation from the BOD
