the texting from another area code is not a big concern IMO Most texts for this service (probably over 95%)will be from within the cell phone area code. The solution or fix can be a simple as Go800 "area code" then type in your current area code and text. It more likely will be that there exists already a way to identify where the call is originating and they simply need to incorporate a method to identify that area code of origin. I don't see either as anything but the normal type of hurdles one enconters where entering a new "territory" of business operations.

I think you misunderstood what I said. A company such as Pizza Hut wouldn't have the same problem because they have a national keyword that isn't generic. They pay $500/mo. but if they want Pizza which is Generic then it's $10k/mo.

In my case I purchased "Realtor" which is generic but I can't afford $10k/mo. so I have 2 area codes for now. In 6 months they callers with an out of state area code that are within our area code boundaries will be able to connect to us. I hope this clears up the confusion.
