What if the partner is not Covidien? What if it is a company with a little less reputation than Covidien? Will that be shock to investors? Is it just another pump dump from BMR?

Assumming that POSC is worth $400M (mkt cap), having another company 62x's the market cap of POSC aside from Covidien wouldn't make a dang bit of difference! You think?

Not to take anything away from POSC...they have life-changing technology but their medical devices combined with the deep pockets of a big corporation is what will take POSC forward.
