Because I can read. According to SPNG's filings billions of discounted shares were issued to RME. RME then gave them to promoters at less of a discount, pocketing the difference.

They only have 66 mill left as of the last filings and SPNG claims they only have 15k shares available to issue (with a 3 billion AS).

I doubt RME has the cash any more. Funneled (laundered) offshore long ago.
