To see more, just follow along with SEC trading suspensions: Any non-exchange issue that gets suspended re-opens grey.

I don't know if there's a designation for Grey sheet stocks, feel free to tell me what it should be.

Not all of them do it right, but it should be "other OTC". And yes, the SEC and FINRA do get upset when companies represent themselves as OTCBB issues (therefore fully reporting) when they are not.

To show all grey sheets, got to otcmarkets.com click on company search, then check greymarket under "tiers" then below only check "Caveat emptor" or you will get bonds, banks and ADRs. Then "search"
