Thanks, appreciate it. I couldn't get through locally and don't as yet have international on phone. The grace period for gbtoe late 10-k goes until mid May, i think the 17th.

I have called 3 times and no reply. I did get a young man on the phone so I asked if the company was going out of business. He said you need to talk to V. I am dumping yet another great looking stock at a huge loss. I am hoping for some reform to make sure these companies are not just a scam. I had a bad gut feeling when I bought it. I hope for anyone still in that I am wrong.
Now, I actually need a buyer to unload these... arg.
