I reed it as not a pr ..rather it was the company who said they called Thresher who said they are on schedule.. imo I don't see that as a PR.

Why? They were paid by THRR do do just that. They are alluding to the fact that THRR gives them inside info. Since Xstocks put that out I expect to see a PR pre 9:30.
