I think a RS is possible. I read in one of the PRs that the Co. wanted to uplist. I think being a pink sheet is hurting there reputation as being reputable and being taken seriously. When your selling a service peoples perception is important. To uplist they would need to buy back significant amounts of stock, merge with another co. or RS.
