They are offering 6.9 billion shares to the public, according to S-1 they filed in March.
Why would someone buy this many shares if they thought the stock is worthless? They have to increase the price and get the bid back. The only way to do this, is to release some kind of PR. Why would they even bother registering and offering 6.9b shares if there was nothing going on?
So yeah.... Last time 0.0002s hit after 100 million in 0.0001, this time its much less than that I think. Stronger hands holding.
There is a mm waiting at 4, which never happened before, not Pre-market anyways. It was there since Friday.
