I took out the .35 on Friday. Wanted more but 8400 is all i got. I am hoping for no more than 23 million OS post merger and no RS. At the current price it means a $8 million market cap post merger which is attractive if Daqing is as good as we think.
23 million OS is based on 2 assumptions: 1. The Daqing guys will own approx 90% of the shares OS. 2. They don't own any shares pre merger. (If they are the ones who bought the shares from Belmont, then 10 million OS shares post merger will give them 90% of the company).
You mentioned DATI. I posted about DATI when it was .05 ( #msg-46725076 ) and was amazed to see it @ $1.2 a few weeks later. The fundamentals are far from justifying such price and even the current price of DATI, but nothing surprises me anymore. A lot of people don't know how to read filings or how to value RM and just like to play the hype. I wouldn't mind getting a DATI kind of move with CCKH.
