Yes HUGE amounts of shares are in strong hands at the moment. Not too much room to play with this stock. Not to mention MM's are almost out of shares so the Walls come down real quick off small buys.

No one really knows what they mean by multiple pennies.

If they come in and buy up tens or hundreds of millions of shares to pump and dump,
I have no doubt they can't be trusted with saying they are holding to multiple pennies.

I do however, hope they hold to multiple pennies (say; .07-.09) but will not count on it.

I agree on PSC...but from reading this board the last couple of weeks or so it has been stated by many that they are holding large amounts of shares of this company and that they are holding for multiple pennies. So from those numbers put out it would seem that alot of Shares are in Strong Hands.
