109(barrel/day) * 31(gallon/barrel) * 3($/gallon)* 30(day/month)

Top line estimate of over $304,000 per month per 1 processor!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Plastic to oil machine was running when we got there. It is a CONTINUOUS Feed process. Sensors have been added in many places to monitor all aspects of the machine.

When we walked in there was a 48" or so LCD on the wall with a diagram of all the working parts. At first I thought this was just a schematic of the machine.

But when I asked, I was told that this LCD monitors the entire process. There are over 40 or so datapoints, and the numbers change on the LCD to reflect temperatures/pressures at various points. Blown away by the tremendous amount of work and technology that went into this. I was watching the numbers change as the machine was running.

We were handed a sample of the output in a small jar...It smelled exactly like diesel/gasoline and was a light amber color.

The stack from the burner puts out basically Water and CO2...the same as burning natural gas in your home heater....there are NO emissions at all.

There is actually a surplus of the output gas that runs the machine.

Very impressive to say the least.....Actually blown away........z

I like your GAME OVER phrase...and I know what you mean bty it.
BUT in reality "The Game Is Just Beginning" and the AGM next year should be populated with MILLIONAIRES!!!!!!

Thanks to JB for being the man he is!!!!!!!

A year ago it was 109 Barrels a day.....I believe it is much higher now....there's been a whole year of refinements....and that could significantly change revenue projections. I seem to remember the only limiting factor back then was the condensing ability:

Waikikian on 4-25-2010 at last year's AGM:

Just got back from the plant tour and talking with John. He has worked his magic and automated this thing to the max. I can't believe the amount of refinement they have done in such a short period of time.

He is already talking about 2nd generation.
Islechem and he believe they can shrink the processor down to half the size of the current processor. However this will happen later down the road. I believe he is going with the setup they have as soon as permitting is in place. Expected output as is, I believe he said 109 barrels/day/processor.

Game over, let the fun begin.
