I got my proxy material from owning Exxon stock but not ERHE. No I don't need a copy particularly. Unable to attend meeting due to work obligations. I haven't moved in 16 yrs.

I received an email with the wedsite to go to for the proxie materials. Thats the way I receive most of them now.
