Do a Google earth search for Seafeathers bay Anguilla and you can find the resort - it looks abandoned and in shambles and you can no longer even see the outline of the rebar-infested pool.
I guess it is a mess and that the clinic is basically shut down as well. Apparently some American doctors have opened their own clinic on the island.
