Looks great, I think you're able to put images of pictures of a real smart phone, to make the advertisement stand out nicely, as long as the image isnt copy righted, I googled non copyrighted and came up with this link

The discription under the picture of the cell phone on the 2nd row, 2nd column says non copyrighted.

on the cellphone image? just to make sure noone gets confused as to what they need to text, the word realtor or go800

You could also do a sign for houses you are trying to sell that your wife already represents saying something like....

LIKE THIS HOME..... and then the whole... text realtor... to go800 deal.

You might want to add your wifes name on the board somewhere though because as a realtor you want your name to be everywhere correct? That is just me assuming, i have NO experience with realestate. (obviously you wouldn't post that online i'm just giving ideas) GLTA
