#1790 RE: Mul88ti #1789

I knew some of my fellows got in this stock, so I told you guys what I did yesterday - unloaded some of my holdings in the spike up.

I also posted my opinion this morning in the thread of "Investor update CC for next Thursday":

<<<<<<<<<<<<

I am tired to hear this kind of updates. Scott has given us a lot of promises. He said to cut the operating costs and expenses in an interview/update months ago. Instead of cutting costs, they spent too much money than I predicted. Here is the fact in last quarter earing report:

"The compensation expense for the year ended December 31, 2009 increased to $4,576,577 from $2,611,622 for the period from June 23, 2008 (Inception) to December 31, 2008, an increase of 75%."

They issued about 70 millions shares at $0.035/share to raise $2.4M to eliminate the debt. However, the compensation was $4.5M in the last quarter. I hated it!

Joe Noel said this company would lose $0.01/share last quarter (per his research report). But the final result was that this company lost $0.16/share last quarter!

I invested more than $80,000 in this company, but they diluted my shares again and again. The company has made me lose a bit (if not a lot) confidence. Should I support it again? I hesitate right now.

Without my support, this stock might go down to below $0.02 weeks ago. At that time, almost every day, I allocated about $2,000 to support its price. When it went down, I bought a bit to raise up its PPS.

However, this company print shares faster than I can count. They dilute our shares again and again. The outstanding shares has increased from 69M to 222M just within a quarter. Everyone like triple or quadruple, but not the triple of the outstanding shares!

What is the fact/secret behind the deal of the acquisition of PhoneGuard? It is not disclosed yet. Issue more shares? - Time will tell.
