You are going to need to make an announcement using one of those PR sites. That typically costs a few hundred. Then you are going to have trouble getting people to tell you how many shares that each has because it's private info that most will not want to share. (You can use it against them in various ways.)
If a law office were to help people who speak to you would be protected by atty-client privilege. Perhaps not me, but someone else. The organizational level of commitment is more than I have to spare right now.
You are going to need to contact the funds that hold positions in this stock.
You may not find what you are looking for in the Articles and bylaws. You may need to have a gander at the NV code.
