None of these dockets should come as any surprise. It is just the big boys on our side agreeing to work together (also agreeing with the creditors that the exclusivity period should be terminated but when it is terminated anyone should be allowed to submit a plan, including us)

The last docket (#2880) is the big boys on the other side saying we shouldn't be involved in the bankruptcy proceedings of our own company, arguing against an Official Equity Committee.
