kittyhawk you are using logic, wow. BTW I agree with everything you said. SPNG will probably pr that they have reached a settlement with the SEC next, followed shortly thereafter with their financials. If this is the game plan, SPNG will be vindicated and share prices should move north quickly. Wishful thinking or not, that is the way I would play it.
