if you just jump in and read the parts of the board, that may be what you end up thinking, but as i understand it, the poeple talking about setting $30+ buy orders are not expecting to make $30/share

instead, as a large group, they are setting the orders high, to show the MMs they will not be shook (shaken?) out in the sub-dollar range

when L3 shows several moonster blocks at $20+ (increasing a dollar a day) it's a way of negotiating with the MMs

it says, "hey, stop lowballing us"

that's my take FWIW
