The management already sold 200,000,000 shares. They need to raise capital by running their company and selling their product... not by stealing value from our shares! They are authorizing more shares than they even have outstanding as it is! That is ridiculous. They need a new CEO! So anyway... if they just authorized the shares, when will they actually issue them for sale? It says from time to time, so does that mean over the next several years or all at once? If anyone knows more and can explain it would be appreciated.
