Good to hear from you Mr. Bill LOL. There are about 65,000,000 shares os, fully diluted at this point IMHO. There isn't even a question of "hundreds of millions." Yes, the annual results are fully audited. We've been saying that all along. They just haven't been compiled into SEC 10Q or 10K form. Don't believe us? Call the company! For fu@ks sake, pink sheets aren't even covered under Sarbane-Oxley - they can lie all they want - these guys just won't put out news of any kind. Is that being dishonest? Not quite sure what you're getting at.
