bidmark, no problem. Like ergodoc said it looks like the individuals who wrote Judge Carey directly not "cc" him as was originally suggested when writing the US trustee. I joked around with Mr. Ergodoc that there was no way I was going to "cc" a federal judge. That's just me. I did not think it was appropriate. I do not know if anybody who did write the judge directly were assigned a docket # and mentioned in the status conference. Tim posts on the board infrequently and the other two mentioned I do not know if they post on board. Probably so. I just do not know what the board "name" is. You can see mine is just a variation of my first name and is a nickname I have had for years. I hope this clarifies the situation.
