In addition to Joes question... How will the company be notified? Certified letter? A phone call? Regular letter? a fax? I know they have 72 hours after they receive notification, but I was just curious on how they will receive said notification. Which I do hope an beleive is coming very very soon!!

All FDA approvals I have seen in the past have been announced after market hours. I dont know if this is required or standard procedure? I would love to see IMGG announce FDA approval on a Friday afternoon at 1700 EST. Shorts cought with their pants down and naysayers with no shares in hand! Monday opening bell ??? But you can bet it wont be any where near where it closed at on the previous Friday!

jobari, the drug named somaxon got fda approval on march 18, 2010. the stock open @4.00 but rose in afternoon trading to 10.00. (somx)
