I don't see an August release of info as that timeframe would serve them no purpose. A Sept release right after the EEZ closes would seem more logical (if they are indeeed holding info up so as not to muddy the waters in the EEZ bidding).
Have a trip planned to Vermont in Oct for the Fall Foliage season and am hoping that becomes my ERHC victory trip as we should most likely have word by then as to our forward proceedings. This is now the 3rd year in a row I have told my wife we would have good news by XMAS and 3 has always been my lucky number. I think it also is considered a very lucky number in the Chinese culture. Wonder how the board will trasform when we all can finally stop the gnashing of teeth and enjoy some long-deserved good news.
