You are discounting the power of the OCC. They have the power to put a halt to many things.
How so?
Although the real estate market is a mess, it is also possible for third parties to show up with higher bids.
I did see on CNBC this morning that the LA real estate property values have shown a 5% increase which, if true, bodes well for MMPI & us as equity holders with an interest in those properties...yes?
