OK then. I have decided not to participate in RO not because the RO price was two times higher than the market price, but simply due to uncertanities of de-risking two key risks. One being the licence and second being the availability of the drill rig, and thirdly but minor point is management capability to drill a well.
I stand currently at 60% loss on my initial investment in EEGC. I'd rather lose them 100% if things don't work out for EEGC than to exit now. But I won't risk losing further money with the main risk factors not mitigated yet, although efforts have been put in place so far.
I wait to condemn or congradulate myself on the decision I made not to participate in the RO when the RO announcment comes out in the near future.
