Interesting lawsuit.

What will Mosko say when I can prove I was never short, prove that I never communicated with those he claims, and make him prove I use these aliases I do not.

What is more interesting is that Mosko thinks I have access to direct the SEC on what to do or that it is somehow illegal to file complaints with the SEC. LMAO.

This isn't a case yet. It's a summons issued by spng lawyers. There is no official docket or judge at all.
It's a nothing so far. Just a pump to sell the last of spng stock of M&M.

But didnt the lawsuit say, in his emails to the SEC, that he CC'd Kaja, the main defendant. and then a long list of media outlets? and then it seemed like he begged for attention. it seems like a lot of trouble to get one-self into without even owning shares...patriot to the small investor or not.

i also find it hard to believe that it caught him off guard. pretty sad stuff, but maybe he'll learn from it.
