According to the suit, these players "instigated" the SEC investigation. So whatever the SEC determines will be blamed on Kaja and company.

Trying to deny you're in a stock selling scam while STILL hiding the o/s (which we all now know) takes an incredible amount of balls.

after the sec gets my copy of that, maybe they will speed up
their enforcement actions and shut this scam down, opening the way for the mutt brothers extended stay in club fed.
