To followup with this if you ping both: biocelengery.com and infospiinc.com they are at the same IP address. Also if you navigate to any page on the Biocelengery website it says InfoSpi on all the pages, the website is the same. Two domains both pointing to the same site. It doesn't look finished though, the home page appears to be missing.

Hopefully, they will get everything sorted out sometime soon and we will here some good news. I read an article that said one of their plants should be operational early 2011, hopefully thats true as well since that would mean a good revenue stream.
