As you can see, Dean transferred 2.6 mil shares on 2/12/10 (quite a while ago) to pay off a personal loan of $1.8 mil. This man has put his heart and soul into this company and deserves more respect than the innuendo that is thrown out here.

He still owns 59 mil shares.
