greenpar, they are in the right space and today's news was very good, though ignored. I'm trying to get a handle on the Pref B shares as it is unclear how those might convert since the financials say $1 of Pref = 10,000 shares, and they have 1 million Pref Shares. Details are missing but this stock may not have much chance for survival if they really might be converting into billions of shares in the future. I want to get this resolved and put it behind me so that I can rest assured that the risk here isn't one of massive dilution. I am trying to get answers the appropriate way, but don't yet have clarity and anything that sounded like it wasn't mostly speculative (it was very negative, btw). Any input you have on this would be highly appreciated.
