Two items enter my mind. Personal Holdings of the company and potential intellectual property rights.
I don't how the patents were applied for, with whose name .. ect. I'm not sure who owns the other 30% of BioCentric Algae.
Anyway .. the point is ..
His convertible preferred shares will only potentially effect the PPS. Depending of course, if, and when, and how they are sold. They will have no bearing or effect on how the company functions. (Yes, he has voting rights but .... no control or power)
Whether or not he invented anything or has rights to any of the processes in use .. is completely unknown to me at this time.. doubtful perhaps .
But now, I am able to understand why, He may have been thought of as Off Topic, or an Old topic not worth rehashing .. I do respect that view .. with one caveat .
