#1795 RE: puravida19 #1794

I agree, as insane as this pps is today, it was a good day to increase one's holdings. There is one thing that all people will be able to understand and that is revenue numbers--coming soon to a pr near you!

Wooferwax, We were just talking about Access2Flow
earlier this week! They have already
put in the 200 hours to develop the
technology. What this PR says to me
is that the Dutch Consortium has
perfected the technology - what they
call Flow Technology which means
a continuous process which is
software optimized and adaptable to
make custom, specificly ordered TQD!

Big news hidden in the PR is that
they are going from mIcroreactors
to mAcroreactors! WOWEEE! ZOWEEE!
Yes, MACROREACTORS!
They have scaled up the process so
that they can soon produce enough
TQD to support a 1 Gigawatt Solar
Factory! It is just a matter of
how many macroreactors they buy
which will determine how many
gigawatts of solar panels they can
produce. ALL of the chemicals needed
are available, both for the actual
TQD - Cadmium and Selenide, and also
for the cooking liquid (which is 200
times less expensive than the old
method's liquids).

They also mention the "lab to factory"
concept - because there will be a
TQD factory alongside every Solar Cell
factory, because QMC wants to control
the process from chemicals to finished
product to control quality and costs.

This paragraph...
Solterra's vision to significantly increase
available solar energy generation and to bring
low cost quantum dots to the LED, display, broader
optoelectronic and biomedical research markets is
enhanced by this project. Significantly increased
production volumes will enable the Company to readily
enter developing technology markets that will come to
rely on a steady stream of affordable, high quality
quantum dots.

...says that QMC will be actively going after all
markets
that use TQD and offering better and less
expensive TQD than what is used now. The Tetrapod
Quantum Dot can be adapted to provide superior
performance anywhere and be less expensive. The
Double Whammy!

Saving the best for last, Mr. Squires says-

The imminent ability to sell stand alone quantum dots in
large quantities at attractive pricing into various markets,
while continuing to develop breakthrough solar cell technology,
undoubtedly will generate significant revenue for Solterra,
Quantum Materials Corporation and its shareholders."

REVENUE - This is an 18 month old company on the verge of
being a $50 million dollar company (IMO) next fiscal year. I believe
they will have revenue for the current fiscal year ending
June 30th and they may be able to show some revenue for the
third quarter, just ended, March 31, in the next 10Q which
will be out no later than May 17. Revenue enables self-financing
making QMC a financially sustainable company that conducts
business from a position of strength, and gets them better terms
for expansion.

What's next?
The benchmark says the Solar Panel Prototype announcement should
be next. It is barely possible that institutions are beginning to
cover QTMM or that we might have some sort of
financing/investment announcement from a financial institution.
All the news so far has been on the technical side, one way or
the other, establishing credentials, and starting sales. Now, we
can show where next year's revenue is going to come from, and
that may be enough to get institutional coverage. Once one
starts, others take a look, because they all like to do things
together!

No guarantees, but its possible they do a PR on the above
next week followed by a Solar Panel Prototype PR early in May.
Just a guess, I would be happy with either! It's all Good!

I can't say when the share price will breakout to higher levels,
but I believe it will. The fact that the company has a revenue
stream starting which involves low material cost and high
potential profits at lower prices than the competition says to
me that this is safer than a bank. But that's only my opinion and
please do your own DD. For many, this is a risky investment and
I understand that. This is not investment advice, it is only IMO.
