The R/S has no effect in price appreciation (in my opinion). What will allow price to appreciate is somebody putting a line on YA unlimited power over Neomedia, and their dilutive financing practices....then I can foresee the share price going up. My opinion of course.
I don't buy one more share until I see that YA has some type of well defined LIMITS. They have no limits in what they can do to the company and the shareholders. The SEC stepping in would be a nice start.
