tc,please show us spng/longs that link/info to back up those claims.You know and i know one way or another they have to be released eventually.Btw spng pr'd recently they hired a independent auditor to help out and get the job done while under the sec eyes.As far as i am concerned that alone is as gospel as it can get.tia glta

Two options M&M are facing, and which decision would you choose.

1) They could file the 10K, thus knowing they will be further incriminating themselves. They would be removed from their positions and ownership of SPNG. The DOJ will bring their case which will more than likely result in jail time. They could serve their time, and get out looking for something to do the rest of their lives...

OR

2) They could never file in which case SPNG would be revoked. The DOJ will bring criminal charges against them which will more than likely result in jail time. While in Jail, upper managment will run their private company. When the get out they could resume their rolls in a potentially prosperous company.

Given what is facing them...which option would you choose!!!!
