The float could be 1.5 billion right now, but it's more than likely got 4 billion more or so just wanting to be dumped on anyone buying and at any price.
Potentially, and this is unlikely in my opinion, someone could buy at .0002 and sell at .0004, but that's a huge risk because it might be that you can only buy at .0003 and sell at .0003. I would rather take a chance on some other stinky pinky with a lot less in the available A/S department.
