#27513 RE: HobbyTrader #27512

Excellent ACDU DD posted by OgClip on Stoneys Word:

Huge upside potential.. No dilution in over 15 years. Float is virtually locked down. Audited financials and 3 dividends expected.

8k from last week states we should see updates on pending Joint ventures...

A/S -450,000,000 -- (recently reduced from 999,999,999)
O/S -436,399,500
Float - 329,086,200

From last pr.

70,546,600 shares, held in certificate form, are restricted. There are 36,766,700 additional unrestricted shares on physical certificates held by shareholders from the 1990s. This leaves 329,086,200 shares on deposit with CEDE & Company (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation). As stated above, 71,207,800 of the DTCC shares are held by multiyear individual investors. The Company holds 888,681 shares in its brokerage account. Therefore, a fair estimate of the real float is between 250,000,000 and 260,000,000 shares.

It ran from .003 to .0215 on news of pending dividends, revenues etc. Over the past few months there have been no major material events so to speak which is why was in a downtrend. Over the past 2 weeks it appears as though selling has ended and it continues to slowly push back upward..

We are all currently waiting for the audited financials to be completed..

There has been NO DILUTION since 1996 (All of this is in the filings), and they dont plan on selling anytime soon. Between myself and about 10 other posters i know of on the ACDU board have a total number of shares that is around the 100M Give or take. Its clear by how the stock trades that the float is getting tighter and tighter. This like many of Monks previous stocks has the potential to lock the float up and run like hell.

They are a fully reporting pink with plans to uplist to the OTCBB shortly after the Audit is done. Not only that but since they're a holding company many of the subsidiary's will have spinoff Dividends.

Here is a brief breakdown of how the dividends will be.
