My point is, when Joe Dinar Dealer shows up at the boarder with 100 billion dinar he wants to exchange, that might be a problem.

I wouldn't say that. When I use to hold dinars I had 20 million and I know of others who hold 20 to 100 million who were here and some still hold that much.
